rate you qualify for. Key in the number of months that you would like to repay your
bond (this may vary between 20, 25 and 30 years e.g. 30 years = 360 months). Click
on the "Calculate" button.

Calculates the monthly instalment that you will pay in order to purchase a home,
as well as the total interest amount and total amount paid after the repayment term
has expired.
